Puebla is positioning itself as a strategic destination for the meetings, conventions, and professional events segment in 2026, with a comprehensive calendar of trade shows and conferences of interest to planners, associations, and companies.
In 2025, the state government announced an investment of approximately 700 million pesos in MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
The National Congress of the Meetings Industry (CNIR), held from September 24 to 27, 2025, generated an economic impact of 40 million pesos, thanks to the attendance of 800 participants. The potential for this segment next year is exponential, with at least 30 events expected.
