Young businessman from Veracruz kidnapped in Puebla and his remains left in front of the state’s C5

The Veracruz businessman César Eduardo Garrido Celaya was deprived of his freedom by an armed group this Sunday, outside the restaurant “Mochomos”, in the Solesta shopping center, in Angelópolis, Puebla; today, his body was found dismembered inside a cooler and his vehicle burned.

Garrido Celaya was 24 years old and is originally from Coatzacoalcos, a municipality located south of the state. He was dedicated to the purchase and sale of tractor-trailers and spare parts in Puebla. His car was set on fire in front of the C5 in the early hours of this September 9.

According to witnesses, the Coatzacoalco businessman was surprised around 2:45 in the morning by the armed group, when he was having a fight with a woman outside the Solesta shopping center in Puebla.
