If something has changed in Puebla in recent years it is the urban landscape with skyscrapers and tall buildings in the metropolitan area that in the greater Some cases are used for offices, although there are also homes.

Living in an apartment in one of these developments with panoramic views implies acquiring real estate with costs ranging from 2 million to 12 million pesos.

At least this is seen in the offer of the JV Group which has developed some of the properties that have become iconic due to their designs and heights.

If any of these properties are purchased with credit, a bank grants up to 90 percent of the value of the property and each month an amount equivalent to a third of the income must be paid.

This means that to acquire an apartment worth at least 2 million pesos, you must have an income of at least 32 thousand pesos per month to finish paying for the property in 20 years.

This year, for example, its Inxignia Tower began commercial operations. Located on Atlixcáyotl Boulevard, it is positioned as the tallest building in Puebla, with 256 meters.

In May, construction began on the Andeza Tower which will have some commercial premises, but mostly luxury apartments, distributed over 160 meters of height a construction that will be next to the Angelópolis Shopping Center.

There are already some online pre-sale offers for this development. The basic 66-square-meter apartment starts at 3.7 million pesos.

Some property sales sites ensure that delivery will be ready between January and August 2026.

One fact that some real estate sellers highlight is that each extra parking space in the four basement floors of the property will cost an additional 300 thousand pesos.

In other sales sites, it is announced that one of the initial financing schemes is a 30 percent down payment and the rest is to be paid in 36 months.

The Torre Andeza, however, is not the highest offer currently promoted by Grupo JV for properties dedicated to residential use.

On their site, they sell a 550 square meter penthouse for 12 million pesos that lacks finishes for anyone interested in remodeling it to invest.

This property is on the 23rd and 24th floors of one of the three Nducha Towers that are located in the area of San Bernardino Tlaxcalancingo and that stand out in the landscape for their 25 floors and a design that resembles the military texture.

In that same area, the company also promotes the sale of the Lexum Towers, which are five buildings with 12 apartments each. /span>
