Region 27 of Puebla will be reforested with more than 139,000 fruit trees.

With an environmentalist vision and the goal of restoring ecological balance, Governor Alejandro Armenta launched the reforestation of Region 27 of the state, where 139,445 trees will be planted as part of the State Reforestation Plan.

During a tour of the municipality of Zoquitlán, Puebla Governor Alejandro Armenta emphasized that the goal is to plant fruit trees for the benefit of the entire population and producers, and subsequently install a processing plant to add value to the fruit.

The state governor stated that the strategy will allow the production of citrus fruits and all types of fruit trees for commercialization, thus strengthening community wealth and generating a circular economy.
