Woman flies off Ferris wheel in Puebla; lands on a stall

During the patron saint’s day fair in San Miguel Canoa, Puebla, a woman rode the Ferris wheel. However, she didn’t know what was in store for her, as she flew off the ride and landed on a stand that cushioned her fall.

The reasons why the woman was thrown from her seat are still unknown; however, she was lucky, as she landed on one of the businesses, which helped cushion the impact.

After the terrifying scene, attendees at the patron saint’s day fair in San Miguel Canoa provided first aid. Medical personnel later arrived and took her to a hospital, where she received medical attention.

The woman’s fall from the Ferris wheel in Puebla could have been caused by:

Lack of proper restraint: If the seat belts or guardrails are improperly secured or fail, the passenger could lose stability and fall.
Sudden movement or imbalance: Shifting too much in the seat, standing up, or leaning over can destabilize the passenger.
Mechanical malfunction: Problems with the restraint system, brakes, or wheel structure can cause accidents.
Extreme weather conditions: Strong wind or rain can increase the risk of falls if the person is not properly restrained.
Human error: Operating personnel who fail to properly check restraints or overload the cabin can also cause accidents.
