To confirm that Puebla is one of the best destinations in Mexico to invest and do business, the head of the Executive, Sergio Salomón and the governor-elect, Alejandro Armenta, led a working meeting with the global head of Production of Audi, Gerd Walker and the executive president of Audi Mexico, Tarek Mashhour.
At the main headquarters of said company, the state leader highlighted the location, manufacturing, mind-manufacturing, universities, history, culture, traditions and the governability that prevails in Puebla territory to continue consolidating and attracting investments such as that of Audi.
Sergio Salomón reiterated to the German firm the commitment of the state government to provide the facilities that allow it to continue investing in the entity, as he noted that it is a key ally for the growth and generation of new opportunities in the state.
Meanwhile, the governor-elect, Alejandro Armenta shared the message of cooperation from the head of the federal Executive, Andrés Manuel López Obrador and the president-elect, Claudia Sheinbaum.
The executives of the German company expressed their interest in launching new projects at Audi Mexico.
The meeting, which was held on the 75th anniversary of the production of the first vehicle at this plant, was attended by the elected mayor of Puebla, José Chedraui Budib, as well as the Secretary of Economy, Ermilo Barrera Novelo.
